DeepTeams reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or remove access to protect community integrity.
 
5. Human Support & Programming
Some communities include human facilitation, moderation, or concierge support. These services are provided on a best-efforts basis and do not constitute professional advice.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and materials are owned by DeepTeams or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant DeepTeams a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for operating the Services.
 
7. Partner Communities
Communities may be operated in partnership with athletes, teams, or organizations.

Partners do not control the DeepTeams platform
DeepTeams does not guarantee partner availability, performance, or outcomes
 
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
– You violate these Terms
– Required by law
– Necessary to protect users or the platform
 
You may terminate your account at any time.
 
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.
 
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepTeams shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DeepTeams in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepTeams from claims arising out of:
– Your use of the Services
– Your content
– Your violation of these Terms
