The DeepTeams Launch Process
Introduce & Inquire
The first stage is about fit, not pressure. We introduce the DeepTeams model, answer questions candidly, and explore whether an exclusive community makes sense given the partner’s goals, audience, and constraints. If there is mutual interest, we sketch an early vision of what the community could become and agree on whether it’s worth moving forward together.
Partner & Plan
The second stage is about alignment and intention. We review the partnership structure, walk through the community concept developed from the initial conversation, and collaborate on refinements. This is also where we discuss how the community fits into the partner’s broader world—commercially, culturally, and relationally—so expectations are clear before anything is built.
Layout & Launch
The final stage is about execution with confidence. We present the fully built community along with the launch, outreach, and service plans, conduct a complete walkthrough, and finalize timing. Once aligned, we activate the community and shift into ongoing support—ensuring a smooth transition from planning to participation.
